Animas High Robotics Team
On March 5, the Animas High School Robotics Team traveled to the First Tech Challenge Championships in Denver and was awarded the first-place trophy! Impressed? We are, too! So much so that we invited the entire team BACK to present and demonstrate its winning robot.
This time, the team will be strutting it stuff on the Powerhouse Plaza. In case of inclement weather, we'll host the event inside.
Come meet some of Durango's very talented roboticists and see up close and personal their radical and ambitious robot design.
The event is scheduled Thursday, May 12, from 2-3pm. All ages are invited, and it's FREE.
