Ryan Finnigan: Physical Computing

Physical Computing + The Arduino
 — Introduction to the Electronic Arts, Robotics, and the DIY Electronics Revolution

Learn about the history of physical computing, do-it-yourself electronics, and the arduino revolution (what the heck is an arduino?) from Durango's own mega-science geek, Ryan Finnigan! His hands-on workshops and demonstrations in the Mensch Spark Shop will offer a super-wow insight into the past decade's eye-popping advances in robotics. Come explore with us this fast-paced field and witness the many fabulous applications for the arduino (an easy to use, open-source electronics prototyping platform for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments).
