The Need: Capacity Building Support

We turn to you to contribute towards our "capacity building" pre-capital campaign. Your support will help us get from where we are today -a largely volunteer run organization -to a professional organization. To do this requires an investment in building the capacity of our organization -hire staff to manage and implement the capital campaign, train volunteers, and secure additional funding; purchase and upgrade technology, and finish the interior of the Powerhouse, and thereby, turning it into an income opportunity as a rental meeting and event space for the public.

Your investment today will give us the financial resources we need to leverage and expand our assets and position the Discovery Museum to successfully launch and reach our capital campaign goal of approximately $2.5 million.
