Field Trips

FieldTrip.jpgIt’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 22…

A field trip to "The Pow" is a great adventure and the planning starts here.

These steps will help ensure that your time is productive, enjoyable, and in line with your curriculum goals and objectives.

Remember, the museum is an informal learning environment where visitors learn by doing, by wondering, and by experimenting. We strive to move the student beyond simple acquisition of information to application, synthesis, and evaluation.

Let's Get Started

1. Print the museum map

arrow.jpg2. Download the field trip guides in the sidebar

  • Do you want to use the field trip to learn about something you can't learn in school?
  • What is the result you envision for your students?
